We offer free standard shipping to all 50 states. For $5.99 you may opt for two day shipping. Your order will be shipped directly from our warehouse in California. Orders received before 12pm PT will be processed the same day. After 12pm PT, the order will be processed the next day.

Delivery times vary based on the distance from the CA warehouse.  You can expect to receive your order in 2-7 business days. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. ​

How do I track my order?

What if I haven't received my item?

If there's any issues please email us at orders@blackownedgaming.com. Please include your order # in the subject line. If the item was lost we will provide a full refund in the amount of the purchase price.
